We love South American wine but we get it, most people don’t know where to start. So every Wednesday our Wine Director, Alex Cuper, pulls six killer bottles you won’t find sitting on just any shelf. Each one goes for $60, even though they usually run much higher. Insider tip: few are exclusive to Brasero.
-
We’re obsessed with South American wine. Argentina is far more than Malbec, and Chile is far more than Cabernet. So we’ve assembled 100 of the most distinctive, delicious, and meticulously crafted bottles the continent has to offer, each priced at or under $100. Our goal is simple: champion the winemakers of these regions and guide you to discoveries you’ll remember. It’s a low-risk, high-reward wine program designed for pure exploration.
-
TLDR: Yes. OP: We are proud of our wine program here at Brasero. We showcase some of the most unique, expressive, and well made wines from South America and would love to share them with you. This ethos of representing the wines of Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Peru, Brazil, and more is part of who we are at a foundational level. It isn’t a true Brasero experience without it. In the service of hospitality we do allow corkage at $60/bottle. We limit this to one 750ml bottle (max 15.5% abv) per guest and require the bottle not be currently showcased on our list.

We accept as many walk-ins as we can, but we recommend making a reservation. If we have the space available we will gladly seat you, but we cannot guarantee a table without a reservation.
-
We ask everyone to be as punctual as possible, but we do understand that life happens. We offer everyone a 15 minute grace period after which the table will be forfeited. If you are running more than 15 minutes behind please call the restaurant and we will see what solution we can find together.
